A Message from the Principal

Haddon Primary School proudly stands on the traditional lands of the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We respectfully acknowledge their Elders - past, present, and emerging - and extend that respect to all Traditional Custodians across Victoria.

I am privileged to be the Acting Principal at Haddon, a school with a strong history and culture of leading learning. Haddon has a proud tradition of high expectations, dedicated staff, and a supportive community working together to achieve the best outcomes for students.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment where every student is supported to achieve their full potential. At the core of our school culture are our values of Respect, Effort, and Kindness.

We value ourselves, others, and our environment; we are committed to doing our best in every endeavour; and we foster a culture of generosity, empathy, and consideration. These values guide our behaviours, decision-making, and expectations, and underpin our commitment to student wellbeing and learning.

Haddon Primary School is focused on helping every child learn and thrive through a commitment to evidence-led curriculum that builds strong foundations for our students. We believe that learning works best when schools and families work together. Strong partnerships between teachers, parents, carers, and students help create positive learning experiences and support success both at school and beyond.

I look forward to working alongside our school community as we continue to support great teaching and help every child at Haddon Primary School do their very best.

Kate Robinson

Acting Principal
